Advanced Pleasanton Masonry provides residential and commercial masonry contracting services in Pleasanton, CA and surrounding communities. Our services include but are not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, foundation block wall installation, outdoor kitchen masonry, walkway construction, brick wall installation, stone masonry, and brick pointing.
All services are performed by or under the supervision of our licensed and insured masonry contractors. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Advanced Pleasanton Masonry are based on an on-site assessment of the project. All estimates are provided in writing and reflect our understanding of the scope of work at the time of inspection.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. An estimate is not a guarantee of final price if the scope of work changes, unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project, or material costs change materially before work begins.
If conditions discovered during the work require a change to the original scope, we will communicate that change to you in writing before proceeding with additional work. You will have the opportunity to approve or decline any changes.
Once a project start date is agreed upon, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. We understand that circumstances change, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable scheduling changes.
Advanced Pleasanton Masonry reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible if rescheduling is necessary on our end.
If a project is cancelled after materials have been ordered or work has begun, you may be responsible for costs already incurred, including materials purchased and labor performed. We will provide an itemized accounting of any costs before they are charged.
Payment terms are set out in the written estimate or contract for each project. For most projects, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules will be stated in your written estimate or agreement.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate. Payment is due within the time period stated in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as disclosed in your contract.
Advanced Pleasanton Masonry retains all rights to any materials installed until payment is received in full. Failure to pay may result in a mechanics lien on the property in accordance with California lien law.
Where required by the City of Pleasanton or other applicable authorities,Advanced Pleasanton Masonry will obtain necessary building permits before work begins. Permit fees, if applicable, will be included in the project estimate. You agree to allow reasonable access to the property for permit inspections and related city or county requirements. Work requiring a permit will not begin until the permit is issued.
Advanced Pleasanton Masonry stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be stated in the written agreement for each project. Warranties cover defects in our workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, extreme weather events, acts of nature, soil movement beyond normal seasonal variation, unauthorized modifications to the completed work, or failure to maintain the work in accordance with any maintenance guidelines we provide.
Materials installed by Advanced Pleasanton Masonry may carry their own manufacturer warranties. We will communicate those warranties to you where applicable.
Except as expressly stated in a written agreement with Advanced Pleasanton Masonry, all services are provided "as is" without additional warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No statement made by any employee or representative of Advanced Pleasanton Masonry constitutes a warranty unless it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Pleasanton Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to services performed, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and the project, including any known conditions that may affect the work. You are responsible for maintaining required access to the work area for the duration of the project.
You are responsible for any permits, approvals, or conditions required by your homeowners association (HOA) or other governing body beyond the standard building permits we obtain. Please check with your HOA before work begins if your property is subject to HOA architectural guidelines.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
Advanced Pleasanton Masonry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted to our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
